The Courtenay is an elitist sex club in London that is frequented by Prince Theo, and many other high-class people including cops, judges, and government workers. It is owned and operated by Finch, with Roz Walters working in the accounting department and being Finch's assistant.
It was exposed to the world by Roz Walters under the threat of Stan Gutterie, and Veena Patel, and was shut down also revealing that Molly Ryan was a prostitute at the club.
Finch then came looking for Roz to kill her for doing what "couldn't be undone", but Kaley hit him with her umbrella and murdered him.
